Location
The villa is in the village center. Shops, restaurants and bus stops are a 3-5 minute walk away. The gondola valley station can be reached on foot in approx. 7-10 minutes.

Despite the modern, new kitchen and cozy dining room, don’t you feel like cooking for yourself? If you wish, we will be happy to reserve a table for breakfast and/or dinner in the Rauthof restaurant (approx. 5 minutes’ walk away).
History
In the early 19th century the villa was once a mill and power station before becoming private property around 1960. After several renovations and expansions, the former mill (Romansh: Mulin) is now being completely renovated and turned into a family or. Group accommodation converted. In order to preserve the charm and character of the villa and to enable an incomparable holiday experience, the combination of new, modern furnishings with traditional elements steeped in history was particularly important to us when renovating and furnishing our villa.
Children
Even if you are traveling with children, we are well prepared: a baby bed, a safety gate, a high chair, a bottle warmer, a changing mat, and even an all-terrain and snow-compatible stroller (for a small fee and deposit) are available and will be happy to provide you if required.
